Looking to redecorate a room? Or design the interior of an entire house? Do you want to have a TINI look?

We can do everything from modern to vintage to eclectic and beyond. We can work with you at every stage. We will recommend pieces to add into an existing living space, or we can redecorate from the ground up.

If you have a large project, we will use existing inventory and search for additional pieces that we do not have.

Our space is available for photo and film shoots. We offer a day buy out option (included all prop rental and one of our staff to assist you.)

PRICING:

Weekdays $2000 per day

Weekends $4000 per day

 50% deposit at the day of the booking.

Multiple day discounts are available. Please call for details.

Cancellations must be done 72hrs in advance for a full deposit refund.

A certificate of liability insurance is required prior to the filming.

We support our local designers and creators and offer our main room shelves for monthly rental to display your creations and make them available for sale to our customers.

PRICING:

1/2 shelf $250 a month + 10% of the item sale price

Whole shelf $350 a month + 10% of the item sale price

We charge weekly.  You will be charged up-front 25% of the item(s) retail price for the first week. You have the option to pay up-front for consecutive weeks, or to be charged on a weekly basis.  You will be charged an additional 20% of the item(s) retail value for a second week. For any additional rental time (a third and/or fourth week) you will be charged 15% per week.  Rental fees are not prorated for partial week rentals.

We will also run an authorization on your credit card upon your initial rental for the remaining value of the item(s) as a retainer.  This amount will only be run as a charge if the item(s) is(are) not returned after four weeks or if the item is not returned in the same condition in which it was rented.

Should you decide to purchase an item from your rental, the rental cost of that particular item will be applied to the purchase cost of that item only.  Should you decide not to purchase a particular item, that item’s rental fee will not be applied to the purchase of any other item.
